Your fitness area in Seine-et-Marne
Ki Space Hotel & Spa offers a large cardio area, as well as a strength training zone designed by a professional coach and equipped with high-end Matrix technology.
At your disposal: RPM bikes and treadmills with consoles and training programs, connected rowing machines, equipment for guided or free weights, multi-station machines, mats, and resistance bands.
Everything you need to work out with intensity or explosiveness as you wish.
Ki Space Hotel & Spa offers a coach for individual or group sessions. You can also find sports equipment in suites upon request (additional charge).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Ki Spa by Eden des Sens is open to everyone, Monday through Sunday, non-stop.
Pool and Fitness area
Open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for hotel guests.
The pool will open at the end of October.
Children are allowed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
The time slot from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. is reserved for adults.
Reservation of pool time slots is required.
