Ki Art
At Ki Space Hotel & Spa, art is displayed in every corner: outside on the hotel walls or inside through murals and sculptures in our various living spaces. Our hotel showcases the work of a street art pioneer and a collective of artists,
Freddish enchanted the hotel walls and the interior patio by adding his personal touch.
The collective, composed of Ayumi Morita, Thomas Dodin, Atelier Higué, and La Compagnie du Verre, has combined their talents to bring color to our spaces, making Ki Space Hotel & Spa their stage for expression in Seine-et-Marne. Step into a unique artistic dimension: an experience of heightened sensitivity.
Freddish Papritz, a renowned artist known for his innovative approach to urban art, has brought his unique vision to the interior and exterior design of the Ki Space Hotel & Spa. Drawing on his experience alongside Niki de St Phalle and Jean Tinguely, as well as his deep artistic commitment, he has created captivating murals that enhance the hotel’s visual identity.
Blending sculptures and paintings, his creations seamlessly integrate into the hotel’s innovative atmosphere. Through murals and original installations, he weaves a connection between portraits of inventors, science, energy, and inventions, transforming each space into an artistic journey.
With this collaboration, Freddish Papritz infuses the hotel with a contemporary and inspiring dimension, where every corner becomes a living artwork, reflecting a dialogue between art, innovation, and imagination.

The collaboration between an artist trained in both Japan and France (Ayumi Morita), a leaf gilding workshop (Atelier Higué), a glass decoration studio (La Compagnie du Verre), and an art mirror maker (Thomas Dodin) combines the richness of materials and craftsmanship to create a piece that enhances light.
This collaboration results in a subtle harmony between metal and glass, a poetic vision blending modernity and tradition.
On the walls of the Nomad restaurant at Ki Space Hotel & Spa, discover “The Path That Walks, 2023”, a unique piece made of twelve panels crafted from glass, metal sheets, and 23ct gold leaf. Each panel measures H 240 × L 50 cm, with the complete artwork measuring H 240 × L 600 cm.
This numbered and signed installation plays with reflections and textures to offer an unprecedented visual experience, combining lightness and brilliance.
