Ki Art
At Ki Space Hotel & Spa, art is displayed in every corner: outside on the hotel walls or inside through murals and sculptures in our various living spaces. Our hotel showcases the work of a street art pioneer and a collective of artists,
Freddish enchanted the hotel walls and the interior patio by adding his personal touch.
The collective, composed of Ayumi Morita, Thomas Dodin, Atelier Higué, and La Compagnie du Verre, has combined their talents to bring color to our spaces, making Ki Space Hotel & Spa their stage for expression in Seine-et-Marne. Step into a unique artistic dimension: an experience of heightened sensitivity.
A self-taught artist born in Paris and influenced by hip-hop, Freddish quickly joined the emerging urban movement reinventing public spaces in France, Over his decades-long career, he has collaborated with many prominent graffiti artists. As a longtime assistant to the sculptor and visual artist Niki de Saint Phalle, he developed his passion for creation through his encounters with Jean Tinguely, Arman, Soto, César, and many others from the "New Realists" movement.
Entirely devoted to his art through his collective "Galerie La Rue," Freddish popularizes urban art, multiplying performances and exhibitions. Since 2011, his works have been featured in the listings of Drouot and Artprice.
The collaboration between an artist navigating between Japanese and French influences (Ayumi Morita), a gilding workshop (Atelier Higué), a glass decoration studio (La Compagnie du Verre), and an art mirror maker (Thomas Dodin) creates a harmonious blend of metal and glasswork in the service of light—a poetic vision with extraordinary sensitivity.
