Directly connected to the elevator, it handles all orders and requests, whether meals, drinks, or other items, ensuring an efficient and extraordinary service.

How it works:

After placing the order and providing the room number, the robot moves, calls the elevator, and then automatically positions itself in front of the relevant room door. It then contacts the room phone to announce its arrival, and the guest simply opens the door to collect their order.
